We ask your cooperation in reading the Terms and Conditions of our services. You must accept them when a booking is made (through our website or by telephone).

1. Booking & Cancellations
a. Transfer reservations through our line service are always processed in Portuguese mainland time (UTC/GMT).
b. We only accept bookings online until 24 hours before your transfer desired date.
c. For last minute transfer bookings please contact us directly (00351 91 182 98 66 / 00351 91415 51 01).
d. We cannot be held responsible for errors in service due to incorrect information provided by the client at the time of the booking. It’s your responsibility to check the details of your booking and inform us as soon as possible if there are any errors.
e. The prices are per transfer and a single price includes a one-way journey for the route booked. A return price includes both the arrival and departure journeys for the route booked. The price also include child seats and baby seats, if children/infants are specified in your booking, and all toll charges.
Please note that infants and children count as one person, as they take up a seat belt place.
f. In case that you need to change some details in your booking, you must let us know the new details at least 48 hours before your transfer. This will ensure that you will receive the new voucher with the correct details.
g. You may cancel your booking (by email or by phone) 24 hours prior to transfer time with no cancellation fees.
In case that you have already paid your transfer, you will be totally refunded within a week.
No show at Faro Airport or at the pick-up point (Hotel or similar) without 24 hours prior notification will be charged in 100% of the to be paid.

 

2. Payments
a. Payments must always be settled prior to the vehicle´s departure
b. You can pay directly to the driver or by bank transfer (this must be done until 48 hours prior to your transfer – all the bank costs must be supported by the payer).

 

3. Luggage
a. Each passenger may carry a suitcase, one piece of hand luggage and a golf bag.
b. If you are travelling with excess luggage or have special requirements, you must tell us by sending us an email.

 

4. Insurance
a. The company is licensed by Turismo de Portugal (RNAVT n.º 6161) and gathers all the insurance and safety legislation requirements for this activity.
b. All the passengers and luggage are insured.

 

5. Other
a. Smoking and alcoholic drinks are not allowed in our vehicles.
b. We reserve ourselves the right to refuse to transport clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs or considered to be a risk to the driver or to the vehicle. No refunds will be made in those circumstances.
c. We reserve the right to decline to transport your party due to health and safety specifications should you not advise you require booster or baby seats prior to travelling.
d. We reserve the right to depart your accommodation 15 minutes after the pre-arranged pick up time if you are late and don´t inform our driver of your delay.
e. We will wait approx. 1 hour after your landing time in Faro. If there is a problem with your luggage, please tell us by sending a member of your group to find us at the Arrivals Hall and we will be happy to wait for you until the problem is solved. If you are travelling alone please let us know by calling the telephone number provided.
f. We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Your property is entirely your responsibility.
g. Should we fail to reach your desired destination due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide alternative transportation at no extra cost to the client. We will not be responsible for any missed flights caused by this circumstance.
h. We will endeavor to arrive for collection at Faro airport on time and collect you on your return to Faro Airport at the pre-arranged time, however we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control (for example: traffic delays, exceptional or severe weather conditions, compliance with police stops, deaths and accidents on the road, industrial action by third parties, other circumstances affecting passengers safety, etc… We will however contact you where possible in the event of any such occurrence.
i. These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Portuguese law. Disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these administrative terms and conditions (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
